FULL PRICED ITEMS

All full priced items are eligible for a refund or credit note. The total amount refunded or credited will be minus original shipping charges.

Refunds are reversed onto the form of payment used for the order, i.e. credit card, Afterpay account or credit note. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request for a credit note to make a new purchase. If you need your item urgently, please contact vip@joolsbonet.com and we will do our best to assist you.

SALE ITEMS

All sale or outlet items are final sale unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Items purchased during a promotional sale where a discount has been applied at checkout (manually or automatically), can only be returned for an online store credit (valid for 12 months). The total amount credited will be minus original shipping charges. Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

VIP CODE

Full-priced items purchased with a VIP code are eligible for the same returns procedure as full-priced goods. Sale items purchased with a VIP code are final sale unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

FAULTY ITEMS

We make every effort to provide goods of the highest quality to our customers and we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at vip@joolsbonet.com and ensure you include your order number and a photo of the fault within your email.
The Customer Care Team will respond as soon as possible with a solution.

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN

 Please have your order number handy.
Your return request must meet the guidelines outlined above. JOOLS BONET reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements, which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

*This Return & Exchange Policy Is Only Available to Orders Purchased On Our Online Boutique. At JOOLS BONET we pride ourselves on the superior quality of our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from JOOLS BONET we will gladly credit the purchase price or exchange the item if returned according to our Return & Exchanges policy.
All you need to do is contact us at vip@joolsbonet.com, and then return the product to us in original unused re-saleable condition, original packaging, with all tags attached and packing slip. Any items purchased within Australia must be sent back within 14 days of the receipt of your order, and JOOLS BONET must be advised via email within 7 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for a full credit. International Orders must be sent back within 30 days and JOOLS BONET must be advised via email within 7 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for a full credit


Below is a summary of the steps to follow which can also be found in the return form.

  • All items must be in new and unworn condition. Any items which are considered to be “used” will be returned back to you and we will be unable for a credit or exchange.
  • Please notify us at vip@joolsbonet.com within 7 days of delivery of the item/s.
  • Please also print a copy of this email and include this in the delivery with your returned item/s.
  • Where a refund is requested and approved, we will endeavour to refund you as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 10 working days in Australia, and 21 days outside of Australia.
  • RETURN OF SALE ITEMS:  All sale items that have been purchased from our online boutique for 30% or more discount on original retail price, are eligible for a credit or exchange only.  Any credit voucher issued from one sale cannot be used against a second sale at checkout 
  • If the exchange/return item is due to manufacture fault/ incorrect item received we will refund the cost of the return postage.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Online Boutique.
  • IMPORTANT: FREIGHT/DELIVERY NUMBER: (AWB) refers to the Air Way Bill number or equivalent reference number your freight OR delivery company OR post office will issue to you.

  • Exchanges
  • Please note we can only exchange items for a different size or style, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item, we suggest that you contact vip@joolsbonet.com as soon as possible for availability.
  • Please follow above return instructions for exchanging your items.
  • Where an exchange is requested and approved we will send out a new item and no extra shipping charges will be charged.

Faulty Goods

Goods that are faulty: if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If the exchange/return item is due to manufacture fault received we will refund the cost of the return postage. Please follow above return instructions for returning faulty goods.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

Faulty goods

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the online JOOLS BONET Boutique. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
